Overview
After creating your email accounts in Inframail, you can access them through webmail to read messages, verify codes, or manage your inbox. This guide walks you through the complete process from logging into Inframail to opening your webmail inbox.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
An active Inframail subscription
Completed your profile setup
Created at least one email account
Access to your CSV file containing email credentials (if you need to login with specific credentials)
Pro tip: Keep your CSV file handy - it contains all your email passwords under the "IMAP/SMTP password" column. If you've lost it, go to the dashboard tab and export it using the Export Tool or contact support and they can provide a fresh copy.
Step 1: Sign in to Inframail
Navigate to your Inframail login page at /signIn
Enter your Email Address
Enter your Password
Click the Login button
You'll see a "Welcome Back" confirmation and be directed to your Dashboard.
If you've forgotten your password, click "Reset Now" on the login page to reset it.
Step 2: Navigate to the Update page
From your Dashboard, you have two ways to access your email accounts:
Option A: Through the Update page (recommended)
Go to /update from your Dashboard
Click on the Update/Delete Inboxes tab at the top
Find the email account you want to access
Click the Open Email button next to that account
Option B: Through the control panel
On your Dashboard, locate your host card
Click the Access button to open your hosting control panel
Log in with:
Username: Infra
Password: The password you set when creating your server
Once logged in, go to emails and you'll see your email accounts listed
Click the arrow icon on the right side of the inbox you want to access
If you've forgotten your Hestia password, click "Change Password" on your Dashboard host card before attempting to log in.
You can safely ignore postmaster@ email accounts - these are automatically generated for DMARC purposes and don't need to be accessed.
Step 3: Open webmail
When you click Open Email, a new tab will open with your webmail interface. The URL will look like this:
https://your-domain.com:2096/[email protected]This is the Roundcube webmail interface where you can:
Read incoming emails
Access verification codes for reconnecting to sending platforms
Manage folders and email organization
The webmail URL uses port 2096. Make sure your network allows connections to this port, or you may not be able to access webmail.
Step 4: Find your email password (if needed)
If you need to log in to webmail manually or connect your email to another platform, you'll need the password from your CSV file:
Open the CSV file that was provided when you created your inboxes
Find the row for the email account you want to access
Look in the IMAP/SMTP password column
Copy this password to use for login
Common issues and solutions
Login fails with generated password
If the password from your Inframail dashboard doesn't work:
Check the CSV file for the correct password under "IMAP/SMTP password"
Make sure you're using the password for the correct email account
Verify there are no extra spaces when copying the password
Can't access the Update page
If you see "Please start a flow first and after that you can access this page":
You need to complete the Create flow first
Make sure you've created at least one email account
Check that your subscription is active
Email account shows as "Scheduled"
If your inbox shows a "Scheduled" badge:
The domain is not yet available
The inbox will be created automatically once the domain is ready
You'll see a message: "[N] email(s) scheduled - Will be processed automatically when domains are available"
No action needed on your part - just wait for automatic processing
Need to reconnect a disconnected inbox
If your sending platform (like Smartlead or Instantly) asks for a verification code:
Access the webmail for that inbox using the steps above
Check your inbox for the verification code email
Copy the code and paste it into your sending platform
Use the credentials from your CSV file if prompted to reconnect
Once you successfully access your webmail, you're all set! You can now manage emails, retrieve verification codes, and ensure your sending infrastructure is running smoothly.
Important notes about webmaill
Not for campaigns: Don't use webmail for bulk sending - use platforms like Instantly or Smartlead for proper deliverability tracking and warmup
SMTP/IMAP access: Your inboxes support SMTP and IMAP connections with TLS/SSL encryption
